KRP Developments were appointed to deliver a residential-led development in Havant comprising 29 contemporary apartments arranged around a private courtyard, with a parade of commercial units addressing the street frontage.
Mixed-use development scope
The scheme combines new homes with ground-level commercial space. Its arrangement creates a private residential courtyard while retaining an active commercial frontage, bringing the different uses together within a single development.
Sustainability features
Energy efficiency informed the scheme’s construction. Energy-efficient materials were incorporated and a roof-mounted solar panel system supports reduced energy consumption and the development’s longer-term environmental performance.
