CAT A refurbishment across three floors.
Tell us about your project. We will discuss the scope and next steps towards a site survey and fixed quotation.
We manage the building work needed to turn an office into a practical, compliant and well-finished workplace. KRP coordinates strip-out, partitions, ceilings, flooring, decoration, electrical and mechanical interfaces, fire-safety items, snagging and handover through one programme.
CAT A fit out prepares the landlord’s office space for letting or an occupier’s next stage of works. The agreed package may include ceilings, floor finishes, lighting and building services. CAT B fit out adapts the space to the occupier’s working needs, including meeting rooms, partitions, breakout areas and finishes. These labels are not a complete specification: we agree the inclusions, service responsibilities and handover requirements before work starts.
Where a building needs to remain operational, works can be phased by floor or zone. We plan noisy work, access, segregation and deliveries around the people using the building, with out-of-hours activity considered where it materially reduces disruption.
“Across every scheme we’ve delivered together, their expertise, professionalism, and attention to detail have been outstanding from pre-construction through to completion.”
