Three-Storey Building Conversion Windsor

PROJECT OVERVIEW

KRP Developments was engaged to convert an existing three-storey building into a mixed-use development. The scope included creating a commercial space on the ground floor, alongside two one-bedroom apartments on the first and second floors, and one maisonette – each designed with open-plan kitchen, living, and bedroom areas, and a single bathroom. The project also required the construction of a three-storey rear staircase to provide access to the upper floors, incorporating bin stores at ground level.

SCOPE OF WORK

Modifications to the existing three-storey building, including reinforcement of floors and walls to accommodate the new layouts.
Preparation and construction of a functional commercial unit with partitions, finishes, and services.
Construction of two one-bedroom apartments and maisonette on the first and second floors, including open-plan kitchen, living, and bedroom areas, and bathrooms with full plumbing and electrical services.
Erection of a three-storey staircase providing access to upper floors, incorporating bin stores at ground level.
Installation of electrical, plumbing, heating, and ventilation systems throughout the building.
Installation of internal doors, joinery, skirtings, and other finishes.
Sequenced works to ensure safety, efficiency, and compliance with building regulations and quality standards.
