KRP Developments were appointed to deliver a comprehensive refurbishment of the school’s internal and external areas.
Internal and external refurbishment scope
The project brought the building’s internal and external workstreams into one coordinated programme. Combining both areas under a single delivery plan helped keep the scope clear while accounting for access, sequencing and readiness across the education facility.
Holiday-period programme
The works were completed over six weeks and scheduled during the school holiday period and weekends. The programme was planned around the fixed date for students to return, making completion and handover milestones central to delivery.
Approach for education settings
School refurbishment projects benefit from an agreed scope, clear phasing and early coordination with the academic calendar. KRP can assess comparable internal, external and occupied-building requirements as part of the pre-construction conversation.
