Martin Mallon

Executive Director

With over 25 years of experience in construction management, Martin brings strong leadership, practical knowledge, and clear direction to KRP Developments. As Director, he remains closely involved in all areas of the business — supporting project delivery, guiding the team, and ensuring the company continues to grow while maintaining the highest standards.

Martin leads from the front, setting the tone for quality, accountability, and professionalism across every project. His approach is built on integrity and consistency: do what you say you will do, deliver on commitments, and build lasting relationships along the way. He is passionate about creating opportunities, strengthening partnerships, and ensuring every scheme reflects the standards he expects of himself and his team.

Outside of work, Martin remains actively involved in football at a local level and is a lifelong Liverpool supporter. His competitive mindset, attention to detail, and strong sense of teamwork are qualities that carry through from his personal interests into his professional leadership at KRP Developments.

James Wing

Operations Director

With over 28 years of experience in sales management and construction operations, James serves as our Operations Director leading projects that deliver quality, efficiency, and value across the construction and refurbishment sectors.

Combining strong commercial insight with hands-on operational leadership, James has built a reputation for driving project success, developing high-performing teams, and maintaining strong client relationships. His focus is on delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards, while ensuring clients receive practical, results-driven solutions.

Throughout his career, he has played a key role in expanding business opportunities, improving operational performance, and successfully delivering a wide range of residential and commercial refurbishment and development projects.

Sam Gallimore

Office Manager

Sam has over 25 years experience with Administration and Office Management. Making her very adaptable and flexible to most environments. Her career has seen her working in the Retail, Customer Service and Construction Industries. A start in the Royal Navy has also provided Sam with strong collaborative and problem solving skills.

Tracy Burnett

Finance Administrator

Tracy started working for the Ministry of Defence as a planner for over 10 years before moving to accounting. Initially starting in an electronics company to then moving to construction, with now over 23 years’ experience in accounting.

Nick Jones

Contract Manager

With an incredible 37 years in the construction industry, Nick has a wealth of experience and leadership. With over 25 years in project and contract management, plus deep technical knowledge of roofing products, Nick ensures our projects are delivered with precision, safety and quality at the forefront.

Alicia Shelton

Project Administrator

Alicia joined KRP Developments with a strong desire to build a long-term career in the construction industry. Having originally started her professional journey in the care sector, Alicia brings with her a people-focused approach, excellent communication skills, and a strong work ethic. Before joining KRP, Alicia gained valuable experience in electrical construction, giving her a practical understanding of site operations and project coordination. She plays a key part in supporting the smooth delivery of projects — assisting with documentation, scheduling, and team communication. Alicia is eager to continue developing her knowledge and skills in construction management, and she’s excited to grow within the KRP team as she helps contribute to the company’s ongoing success.

John Whitcombe

Site Manager

John utilises professional levels of organisation and attention to detail to ensure that contractors complete their works efficiently and effectively in strict compliance with time and budget expectations. He oversees and manages our projects, and is responsible for schedules, safety compliance, and interfacing collaboratively with other professionals who are connected to the project. John has a reputation of giving 100% on every project he manages, and completing his jobs to an exceptionally high standard.

Mark Mallon

Site Assistant

With over 40 years of experience in the construction industry, Mark has built an extensive career in general building and shop fitting. His background spans as a general builder, multi-skilled tradesman, and site foreman, along with more than 22 years of experience as a buyer responsible for material take-offs, ordering, and procurement. Dedicated to maintaining clear, clean, and safe working environments while ensuring every project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the client’s exact specifications.

Terry

Head of Team Morale

Terry is our four-legged Head of Team Morale at KRP Developments. When he’s not supervising from his favourite spot or welcoming visitors with a wagging tail, he’s hard at work boosting spirits, reducing stress, and reminding us all to take the occasional walk (preferably outside). Terry takes his role very seriously—treats optional, cuddles essential.

KRP was established in 2021 with the vision of creating a sustainable, continuously improving construction company dedicated to delivering high quality, reliable projects.

We prioritise building lasting relationships with clients, professionals, local councils, government bodies, trade contractors, and suppliers. As experienced building contractors and developers, KRP has the capability to manage even the most technically demanding projects—from design through to handover.

Whether you require construction-only services or a complete design-and-build package, we oversee the entire process to deliver exceptional results. We are a well-established company with an exceptional skill base within the educational sector, throughout the UK. We are also CHAS elite registered. Our staff are highly trained, CSCS card holders and DBS registered. We are continually striving towards achieving greater environmental awareness and recycling our construction waste.
